1st Car Cake - Challenging
An interesting project, kept me awake for a few nights. Modeled on an Aston Martin DB10.
Sketches to assess the size and shape. Sugar paste wheels with 10 spokes. Madeira cake 10" x 15", sandwiched with seedless raspberry jam and buttercream, carved tp the apropriate shape and covered.Supgar paste then shaped and car assembled on a separate board so that the wheels could be attached.
